How many ppl are truly naturally thin in middle age? Without doing crazy things to stay thin?
My family are like the Skywalkers of diabetes and joint replacements. Carrying extra weight exacerbates those problems and many others. I’m in my 50’s and I mostly eat clean (margaritas and Mexican food on the weekends) workout regularly, etc. Staying fit, or the things that I do to stay fit, don’t seem unnatural to me. I don’t judge others I just try to do what’s right for myself and my family.
