Look up "dehydration related diseases"
You could be miles away from everyone with food and water in a desert somewhere but if your kid is active and/or doesn't hydrate well, they could get a few bad things. You can get sick due to an autoimmune condition or something like scid while not being near anyone at all.
Baseball players have needed to be walked off the field by med staff due to heat exaustion.
We hit double digits today in DC. Keep everyone safe, encourage good hydration and plents of breaks for shade.
