I called last week and waited for a while. When I finally got through to a scheduling person, she said they were migrating from an old software system to a new one. Scheduling a regular mammogram ended up taking over 20 minutes because she was inputing information in both systems. I imagine that the migration is causing issues with scheduling so that might be the issue. I wasn't able to schedule online...it didn't even give me an option, which confused me because I'd done that before. That's also probably because of the migration. I guess my recommendation would be to call the scheduling number (which is I believe a 703 number but you can schedule for DC offices) and have some patience.
