I agree with this. And you need to cancel your trip unless it's in the US near a good hospital.

My bowels and bladder go haywire whenever I travel -- nerves, different foods, etc. all trigger me. I try to avoid anything carbonated.

If you’re not already, get on vaginal estrogen. I haven’t had a UTI since I started and my OAB symptoms have significantly improved.

Does anyone have a flare before travel? I really need advice. I am traveling a long distance tomorrow for a week. I have OAB, with vulvodynia, which really began after a series of hard-to-treat UTIs. I get so in my head about it. I am scared of being far from home and needing to go all the time, then wondering if I am having a kidney stone or UTI, and going into sepsis (which has never happened, this just flares my anxiety, and it's a cycle). I am so afraid of something terrible happening urinary-wise, while away that I'm now peeing every 10 minutes. I need advice! Help?
