Coway makes good Hepa filters. We have one in our house, and our pediatricians have Coway hepas in each of their exam rooms.

One of those small round Levoit ones. DC has had one in their bedroom for years and we got a second for the dorm room.

Make sure it is one that has a replaceable HEPA filter. Otherwise you are just moving air around and removing some larger dust. Mine has a Whirlpool HEPA. Fairly quiet.

We got a Dyson fan air purifier at Costco. It was pricey but my kid used it for 4 years and passed it down to the younger sibling.

One from ikea - fornuftig. Though one in a new dorm and both have AC. We have several of these in our home and like them.
