FCPS staff said in an update to the School Board this week on the boundary review that the boundary review will need to address the acquisition of the King Abdullah Academy site. So there's naturally going to be some crossover on the two pre-existing threads on the boundary review and a potential KAA acquisition. Thanks, Jeff, for realizing this.

Some posters are still trying to discuss the details of the purchase. That is not appropriate for the boundary thread. There is no other thread to discuss such topics. If you aren't interested, skip the thread.

It has gone off the rails, AND there's already another boundary review thread having a very similar conversation. Please, please lock it, people are spreading all sorts of false information and saying the craziest things and it's no longer even about FCPS, they've started talking about school choice, which belongs in politics or general education or something.
