Giuliani is despicable but the Borat movie was fake. He was adjusting his pants, not removing them.

Oh please. Whether he was intending to remove them or not, he followed a young attractive woman who he thought was a reporter into the bedroom of a hotel suite and immediately laid down on the bed and started fiddling with his pants. He clearly acted like he thought he was about to get some. Even if he assumed she was willing, that’s just gross unprofessional behavior for a representative of a presidential candidate.
