I researched a bunch and bought a Horizon 7.0. So far, so good. There is a store in the Tysons area called Johnson’s that I believe lets you try some models. I think Dicks Sporting Goods has some too.

Absolutely do not get a Lifespan treadmill.

LifeFitness is at the top of the line and been around forever.
Average around $5-6K new or half that or less if you get a used/refurb one from a business.
