I’d like to mount big mirrors along the wall, and mount the tv on top of the mirrors so that I can watch a fitness video and watch ny form in the mirror at the same time. (Like how you’d follow along with an instructor (the tv in my case) with a mirror behind them in a live exercise class.) So my Q is how to mount a tv on the mirrors.
You don’t. You mount the TV and have the mirrors fit around the TV. The mount itself isn’t large and will be hidden by the TV.

First, install the mount. Then do a test mount of the TV and make sure you account for cords, spacing, etc.
Then add your mirrors around the mount and finally mount the TV.
The TV will float above the mirrors due to the mount.
Wouldnt there be a gap between the mirrors where they are blocked from touching by the mount? That would be a distorted way to watch oneself in the mirror, assuming that is about the middle point of the wall.
There wouldn’t be any gaps. The mount itself is rather small and you install the mirrors around the mount, then mount the TV. Personally I would mount the TV to the side or corner vs smack dab in the middle of the wall
