There are tons of variations on this delicious dish. You can maybe google zeljanica or pita sa blitvom (it’s called by both names) and then use google translate to get the recipe into English.

This looks fantastic!

I’m not sure where the recipe is but during Swiss chard season I make a ton of this pasta that has chard, garlic, Italian sausage, garlic, lemon zest, parm. It is so good!

We like to make a loaf of garlic bread, and insert chopped swiss chard between the buttered/garlicked slices, wrap in foil, warm in oven and the swiss chard wilts down as the bread warms/butter melts.

I use it instead of spinach in vegetarian lasagna. I actually prefer it to spinach because it has some bite to it, and spinach is mushy.

If you like potatoes you can make a nice colcannon-like thing or a bubble-and-squeek type dish.

I'd also consider making spanakopita-like pies with it.

I like to sauté the stems in oil with some shallots, then add a lot of garlic for a minute, then add the greens. Coat the greens in oil, cook for a few minutes, then cover and cook a few more minutes.

Add salt, spices (I like ancho and Asian crunchy sauces), and maybe a splash of vinegar. It’s nice as a side or on crusty bread.

I love it sautéed into scrambled eggs as a spin on eggs florentine. It cooks down a ton and is an easy way to start the day with an extra veggie.

I've been getting a lot of it in my CSA and I'm out of ideas.
