Think the no response tells is NOT a thing!

After tournament, teen girls team posed for team photo and instead of male coaches on sides they laid down on ground like guy on left in linked photo. Is this common team pose? Is it supposed to be respect? Many parents found it “look at me” from male coaches and took focus off team. Thoughts?
