80. Our house cools quickly and we live in the SW with zero humidity. We keep it around. 73-74 when we’re there. 68 at night.

This. Or get a dehumidifier that kicks on based on the hygrometer reading. We do this and it's especially good for the shoulder seasons (keeps house from getting mold/moldy smells).
