I do think that some 15-18s do use “enhancements” before races. There are several kids on our team known to juice with pre-workout before a race. They need to come up with some kind of rule. Just like they need to with tech suits.

It's already a rule that NVSL follows all USA Swimming rules on disqualifications unless expressly stated that they do not apply. That would include doping rules.
