A lot of us knew this. But election times are when it's really brought to you that 100 is the average IQ, and that half of the voters are below.

Remember, the reason we're in this mess is that there is a right wing media and a left wing media and they are not spinning the same things. The right never sees families being torn apart, or hears about legal immigrants being deported by mistake. The left never sees the illegal border crossings in the south, migrants camping in people's back yards, or the dirt poor rural communities that progressive policies have left behind.

So political impact has yet to be seen, but yes, deploying National Guards is a provocation right now.
