Just assume they're all bad.

But you can also ask who owns the store? Is there a doctor supervising? Who is it? Where are they? If it's a pediatrician in NYC but you're in DC, not a good idea. If it's a plastic surgeon in Rockville, probably better but not great. The best is a qualified (not a pediatrician or a brain surgeon) doctor onsite.

Folks. Pls don’t go to these chain medspas. I was in the beauty business for many many years ( in aesthetic product sales)
Most of the nurses at those places are ones who have barely taken a week long class in injecting Botox and filler. They also have no direct medical supervision - they will have a medical director on paper but 99% of the time, they aren’t even on the premises. Most of the time, that medical director is not even a derm or a plastic surgeon. They’ll pay internists, ObGyn’s, family practitioners just to have an MD as a medical director .
If you have a complication from your injection, you’re on your own.
