Sadly this is what you have to do to get any attention anymore. Even do old school reviews on yelp and google. Everywhere. Good luck.

Was this a legitimate company you purchased from? Sounds like you got scammed and there was never anything goods for you to purchase.

What did citibank say? Do they know you have cancellation e-mail? I have got BBB to fix such issues with banks before.
I returned an item to Old Navy, but because it was through PayPal, the refund got stuck somewhere. Capitol one came me my $35 back finally. I don't know why the refund never made it to me. I returned the item to the store and had an e-mail about the return.
You have a cancellation e-mail. Send it to better Business bureau or that consumer thing.

If you really think the credit card company and the merchant screwed you over I would contact the consumer protection dept in your state (like in the state AGs office).

So I bought some items totaling $200 each for two separate orders at a merchant clothing store online. So this was back in January and we emailed back and forth and they said they would send a check and they will update me on the details. So time passes and I get nothing and then I contact them and they say that they issued the refund back to the credit card, but I had used the virtual credit card through Citibank and so I opened a Citibank dispute + then the merchant says that I had received the items which was untrue because the items were canceled and they had sent me cancellation emails. So after a while the Citibank favors the merchant and I get nothing. Then they closed the disputes and the merchant says that I wasn't owed a refund. So now the merchant says that they can't issue a check because they had already processed the refund and they needed to do a three-way call with Citibank and Citibank says the case is closed and refuses to help even after contacting the consumer protection agency, the bbb all which were useless to. So what can I do? Just forfeit the $400?
