It’s harder to find but if you come across the Friendship 1% whipped cottage cheese it’s even better than good culture.

I love good culture but do NOT buy the individual cups! They definitely have a different texture. The medium tubs are perfect.

I like Nancy’s brand.

Try the lactaid brand. It’s my favorite

Our PC makes this for us. It's very simple.

Most changes are NEVER for the better. That goes for foods, tech stuff, appliances, laws, etc.

If people find something that works, then they shouldn't try to keep fixing it.

Fire more people in those positions whose only existence is to keep changing what doesn't need changing.

Homemade cottage cheese is worth it.

I love their cottage cheese but find the consistency inconsistent.

Look at the "ingredients" list and see what it contains.

Should only have "milk, cream, salt". If you see other ingredients, then they have added stuff to gum it up and flavor it or preservatives.

Make your own if you want natural. It's simple.

I haven't noticed a difference but I can rarely find it so it may have changed since I've been able to get it.

I recently tried Trader Joe's and I really like it. It's lower sodium too-still 300ish grams of sodium but lower than most. It is fairly "curdyish" for lack of a better word but I like it that way. I can't stand watery cottage cheese.

I'm still happy with Daisy.

I have noticed that lately it seems gummier. I have tried both the full fat and low fat versions and they each seem to have their own issues. (The low-fat version seems very dry.)

Has there been a decline in quality or am I imagining they were different previously?

I really liked this product and would like to continue to be able to eat this as source of protein!
