Our backyard pool in Bethesda is in need of a replastering and replacement of the waterline tiles. Our regular pool service company gave us a quote, but I haven't been totally happy with their workmanship on repairs and the price ($16K++) is high enough to warrant a second quote anyway. Do any pool owners have a vendor to recommend? TIA!!
