Typically when the club starts the renovation process there is a big dues hike. Also there is some variety between what the club offers. So direct comparison can be difficult.
The only pool that is in need of major renovations is probably Dowden Terrace. The pool is a six lane pool with no diving well or shallower play area. It is the only one that is still with its original footprint and it is cramped.
Dowden Terrace does have a shallow area -- it's just a separate pool

Parklawn is a $730 for a family with a $25 signup fee.
Lincolnia Park is $560 but you have hours to work or you pay $100 workfee.
Forest Hollow is $590 for the head of household and then each family member is $65 with a nanny being free.
Forest Hollow is the only one that does not have a waitlist.
You could go out to Springfield or to Annandale. No waits and the pools tend to cost less.

How far out into Springfield? Our club offers incentives like referral discounts, active military discounts, and I think prorated memberships later in the summer.
