My husband requested his favorite meal and I am planning on making it for him. We don't do big celebrations for Mother's Day and Father's Day, but we do call our fathers and the kids and I will be sure to wish my husband a happy father's day. We let him know how much we appreciate him!

All dads want are great BJs.

My ex husband told our kids he wants nothing for father's day and if I give them money for my them to buy him something to return it to me.

For the last couple Mother's Days I've taken the kids so she can take her mother out to brunch. If his father is around maybe you can do something like that for him.

Well he did nothing for me for Mother’s Day so…

I have a booth at an art show all weekend so I won’t be around. If I have any energy left on Sunday night I will do my best to make it memorable.

We are in France.

I plan to take him out Saturday night to dinner then surprise him with a trip to a casino since he loves black jack.

On Sunday we'll stay in and order his favorite Chinese food and our daughters will give him there gifts which are gift cards.

Unf none of the Father’s Day cards make sense for him. My 12 yo even said that out loud this year.

Our only options are those joke dad ones or something very generic.

Buying him an OXO cheese grater which he mentioned wanting a month ago.

One of those card gushing about what a fantastic father he is, hero to the family, great listener, leader of us all, fixes everything he sees before it breaks, in fabulous shape from his various sports & fitness, and plans the most thoughtful outings and meals for us.

We always get him a card like that. Something he can someday aspire to do at least one of those Fathers Day fatherly things.
