Also none of this was in the listing, it was just after the fact.
I filled out one form for the entire family and submitted IDs. Now they are saying everyone needs to fill out the PdF and they will not accept my 21yo step daughter’s ID because it is a temporary ID (she lost hers and we are waiting on the new one).
We are traveling all day and I’m terrified we’ll arrive and be told we can’t stay and they’ll refuse a refund.
Anyone been through this?

Hopefully you can be let into your rental, but regardless of whether you are or not, after it's over, you need to file a formal complaint to AirBnB. If you're let into the rental, you will be able to write a review and deduct stars for this requirement. Explain concisely for the benefit of other readers, that asking for this information is not an AirBnB requirement, is a breach of privacy, posed an administrative burden, and felt unwelcoming and intrusive. And that you lodged a complaint with AirBnB. You will get a bad review in return, but it's worth it.
