What services does your team provide to membership?

We have swam against so many other pools that run slow meets. I never understand it. Certain teams (OKM comes to mind) do a great job of keeping it efficient.

We have a 200 person team and IM is done at time trials. The meet is our longest meet and runs four hours. But I like that kids know that they can get a time.

Our team just added it this year and we are happy. So had to get an IM time on Monday nights. Most of the time it is too late or there are storms.

We don't have time to run IMs at time trials. (Have to get the pool open for everyone else). We usually wait till the second B meet to start IMs

NVSL pool here - no IM at time trials or A meets. IM is a divisional event

CSL has IM at A meets, but it doesn’t count for points.

Our team does not have IM as an event to swim at Time Trials, is this normal? We are new to the league. We came from Colonial.
