Glenmont has the metro, and shopping redevelopment, anyone know how that could look? I ask that as a homeowner in the area.

Just in general, buying a home in a few years and am kinda scared. Especially about Glenmont.

What are you scared of? crime? schools? gentrification?, which I don't think is happening. Where are people buying/tearing down/rebuilding? I see a bit of it in Aspen Hill and it is ghastly...but I don't think it is gentrifying.

Gentrifying is what I’m scared of I have no kids so schools are no issue.

What exactly are you scared of?

I don’t know who that is, I’m just preparing to buy in 2027. And just want to make sure that it won’t be completely transformed by then so I can afford a home.
