This is me. I was on for 4 months and lost 30 lbs. I have been off a year and have continued to lose 10 more! It really reprogrammed my brain and how I think about food.
If I feel like I need it again I would not hesitate to go back on.
Same. If I need to use it for 4-6 months every other year, fine. Better than what I've watched my mom go through just trying to stay not-quite-obese.

This is me. I was on for 4 months and lost 30 lbs. I have been off a year and have continued to lose 10 more! It really reprogrammed my brain and how I think about food.
If I feel like I need it again I would not hesitate to go back on.
