It still aches there today. A muscle relaxer didn’t touch it but ibuprofen seems to be helping a little. I can hardly flip over in bed without it zinging, and standing from sitting takes precision. We leave for a vacation this weekend and I’d love to not have to contend with this on a plane or in unfamiliar/maybe uncomfortable hotel beds.
How long does this sort of muscle strain take to heal? Any advice to speed up the process?
I don't know that it will speed up the healing process, but when I traveled with a bad back, one of those 8 hour heating pads that you wrap around your waist really helped me on the plane.
