Op. I’m probably closer to 5’3.5 (I always give myself a little boost) and I look thin at 120 ish but my upper body is still puffy. (Arms, back fat).

But middle age, even when fit and healthy, distributes weight differently because skin loses elasticity and everything sags in a subtle (and then not so subtle) way. I promise that if you lose too much, you will look older and gaunt.
Now I'm 45 and 120lbs. If I lose 10lbs, I will still look fine, because I have a round face. But I'm certainly not going back to 99lbs! I'm sure I would look positively sickly.
