No, it has just been reprioritized to go after these sorts of Title IX violations instead of previous discrimination and other civil rights issues. 90% of the attorneys left and they are very short staffed. They're hiring, if you want to go do that work.

I have been waiting for their to be a DCUM thread in this and am surprised it took so long.

I also read today that the report states that the student who took the video is a biological female, that identifies as male, but presents as a female. Yet this student wants access to the boys locker room because the student says they’re a boy.

I have also seen the video the student took where the boys are saying “why is there a girl in the locker room?” Which would make sense if the student presents physically as a girl. The entire situation sounds very convoluted and mishandled. There is channel 7 reporter/ WJLA that has been following this story on X, attended the school board hearings, etc. LCPS has allowed this to snowball into a real mess.
