This made me realize something. I have been trying to remember what I was doing about year ago that was helping me lose weight. I was regularly eating the super gut bars. I would not say it is a miracle, but it does help suppress hunger and I was able to eat smaller portions more naturally. Of course, it is possible I was just in a healthier mind set. But my weight was going down (slowly). And now it is back up and unstable.
For the powder, I just used water and drank it quick. It did not really have a strong flavor, Fiber absorbs water, so if you let it sit too long it gets sludgy. So you could use coffee, but only if you drink your coffee in 10 minutes.
I think it’s worth a shot. It did take me a few days to not feel a little sick after I are/drank it. If you use the bars, eat half the first few times.
