You either learn to like it, or you continue to gain weight.

Try a variety of things, it doesn't all have to be grueling work. Just get more active and cut carbs in your diet back to minimal levels. It's the carbohydrates and inactivity that are making you soft and chubby.

Anything you can do consistently is best.

Op here. Well, I was under weight before, and Red Cross did not allow me to do blood donation. It would be great if I could lose weight to 100 lbs.

Op here. It is not a troll. I am petite under 5', and I was 85 lbs when I met my DH. The doctor tells me to exercise because I have high cholesterol. Bring a working mom is so tough, and I gained a lot of weight at each pregnancy. And, I don't have enough sleep with added stress makes me bloated as well. I am in 40s.

Unless you're like 4'6'', 120 pounds isn't overweight and certainly won't make you "ache all over". Before you start exercising, you need to see a doctor.
