No it’s not! Look how t-rump is acting? There is only one logical explanation for what’s happening: there is clearly a secret Russian plot which is going on to control trumps’ every move. I’m not sure how Putin’s doing it, but he somehow controls trump.

Levity aside, what you are saying sounds like classic projection and paranoia, no kidding.
Now if you are speaking specifically about people in your circles, then perhaps they no longer trust you, or are up to something behind your back. Or else are on drugs. Drugs make people really paranoid, especially antidepressants and stimulants.

People lie by omission all the time. Not new. Being evasive or guarded might just be because you're prying (or even spying) in ways that violate social norms and basic boundaries. "Full on personality changes" sounds like what someone who got dumped would say about the person who got wise to their nonsense and decided to move on. People do change, and it's rarely because they're "paranoid"

I’ve been feeling paranoid lately. It’s unlike me. I keep obsessing about family talking behind my back (I know they do). I don’t know why I’m doing this maybe I need medicated?

I’m seeing so much paranoia recently. Some examples are lying by omission or being evasive or guarded to full on personality changes.
