No, every expert is saying that class sizes will increase at schools due to the budget cuts and threats of financial cuts from Trump. Tuition will go up AND more students will be added into already large classes to gain more tuition dollars to offset some of the funding cuts. The teacher student ration will get worse. There will also be some brain drain and professor attrition to great schools outside the US (such as the international relations trio of Prof's leaving Yale to join U of Toronto).
So college will cost more, classes will be bigger, and we may lose some great profs.
Also there will be cost cutting everywhere to recover some of the missing funds.
