They’re quitting to get sweet revolving door gigs while they can … and to avoid the current sh*show. I don’t think it has anything to do with RIFs.

It looks like the WH is proposing a slight increase in headcount for 2026, after a decline of about 10 percent from 2024 to 2025. Does this mean that the commission is relatively safe from RIFs?
