Agreeing to dual agency allows you to have a buyer represented by Agent B at Giant Real Estate Brokerage Inc. buy your home if you are already represented by Agent A at Giant Real Estate Brokerage Inc. as your listing agent.


This is exactly right. I am a Realtor in MD and it is illegal for one agent to represent both sides. Your agent should be explaining these forms to you though.

If you’ve sold your house lately or are a realtor —chat gpt says dual agency isn’t in the best interest of the seller. About to put home on market and listing agent has presented us w consent for dual agency agreement.
