$70,000 for a TPO roof was outrageous.

We used Katchmark and have them inspect, seal yearly. Very pleased. Family company, licensed and insured.

The value is in the quality of the work, and in their not recommending work unless you actually need it; they'll tell you if you don't.

Low quality at a low price is not a good value.

And they will inspect your roof once a year for 15 years if you schedule it!

Crystal Exteriors did an amazing job replacing our roof last summer. Very professional and easy to work with. They came in several thousand dollars less than the other company we got a quote from (Unicorp), who had done a roof replacement in our previous home a few years ago.

We need to have our roof replaced It is asphalt shingles. Has anyone used a roofing company recently (past year) they would recommend? Also, if you used a company a were not happy feel free to share that information too. We live in DC.
