I’ve used them - they are responsive and easy to work with. Cons are they are on the higher side price wise and don’t have coverage in some parts of Maryland. They are $40 is an hour for cna, live out.

We used the Key a couple years ago for my father during his decline with a progressive neurological disease. He was bed-bound and required full care. The person we were assigned was amazing and became like family during that time. She has moved on to another workplace since then. We had a few substitutes who were fine; no comparison, but we didn’t really have them long enough to judge. I can’t remember the cost but it was in the ballpark for what you’d expect in the Balt/dc area. High $30s-low $40s per hour maybe? We used around 40 hours of care per week.

Hi. We are not in the market yet but got a postcard ad to former occupant, lol.
It looks like it might be useful hopefully far in the future.
Anybody have feedback?
Cost ballparks? They are coy about that.
