It sounds like a spoiled kid being a brat and the adults around him encouraging it. Would it have been okay if a man told the little boy to go outside and a bunch of women laughed when the boy started insulting and cussing at the man? What if it was a little girl acting up, is it okay if she calls a woman a B or a man a D?

The boy should never behave that way to anyone. Courtesy and respect should be universal. Instead of trying to parce whether one member of one group victimized a member of another, focus on the basic principles. The golden rule has existed in some form, in most cultures throughout history. If everyone followed it, it would encompass all such problems - including misogyny.

Can’t tell from the description. It would be inferring a whole bunch about people we don’t know.

Likely the kid has some problems. That’s pretty rare behavior. The other adults probably thought the name calling was ridiculous, which it was. And chose to laugh about it. Not a good call but likely not misogyny.

A 7 yo boy is acting out around a group of adults (interrupting, manhandling fragile objects, etc.) Parents are not around. Ultimately, the sole woman in the group directs the child to go play outside. The child engages in name calling of the woman - insulting remarks about her age, looks, etc. The B word is used.

The men laugh.
