NP: Why a crock? I want someone to sign off on extra time for testing. I don't know anyone who hasn't been successful at getting an ADHD diagnosis (costs a fortune, though).

This seems like an example of it working right. Behavior observations are just one small part of the testing. Other tests, around executive function, language processing, etc., are much harder to mask. The fact that they didn't pick anything up and that your kid is perfectly fine suggests that they were correct not to diagnose anything.

This. If the concern is behavioral then you should start first with parenting therapy - a pricey neuropsych is a waste of
I oversimplified it. There was very good reason to see the neuropsych as there was definitely some spectrum-ish type behavior going on and better safe than sorry.

Agree with the crock - stay away from CAG cognitive assessment group at columbus circle.
But you can try www.rosscenter.com near columbus circle. They seemed normal. Wish I'd went with them.
