Our neighbor down the street was renting and bought a house 4 homes away from them.
There are potential buyers out there who love their neighborhood and want to stay but are either renting or want a larger home.

I get these all the time from a neighbor who used to run the pta and works at compass. She is so blatantly transactional that I would never buy from her. Also sent postcards with her kids on them. I found using her children to generate sales distasteful.

Also they just have a big database and it would be more work to exclude a block or two than to just leave them in. Plus it shows you the price and basics that a sign doesn’t.
