Come on! This is not Walls specific. With two kids in two different grades in the same DCPS school, I often receive general communication from the teacher without referencing nor specifying the class/grade/issues they are talking about. And I often wouldn’t know which child the message relates to.
Pls stop these blanket attacks on Walls.

This. It is a selective school, not a charter or other lottery school that gives preference. I think more than one kid from a family getting accepted is nothing more than luck.

As others have said, there is no preference but I know multiple families with 2 kids going through Walls.

No preference / neutral. Separate applications for each child.

I suppose it might be easier just because you've done it before and the sibling would be more familiar with the school so better able to write application materials and be confident in the interview.

Is there one? Is it in the lottery and/or is it slightly easier to get in if a sibling goes there?
