Yes, men date and marry these types. I’d guess they even refer them to the no-effort women. I know someone IRL who left is granola wife for someone like this. Jeff Bezos is prime example of leaving a normal woman for someone who dolls herself up.

Working out is normal, just a part of many people’s everyday lives. I color my hair to cover gray and I got a “mommy makeover” after having kids and being done with breastfeeding, because I wanted to. Sorry not sorry and my DH appreciates it.

The only true answer is that for some of it, it depends. In general, there are a lot plastic surgery procedures that don’t seem attractive to men and I don’t know why anyone does them—like that crazy stuff with lip filler or buccal fat removal. Working out is obviously a plus until you take it to an extreme. Otherwise a lot of this stuff can either be good or bad depending on style and taste. I will admit to a soft spot for push up bras though.

I'm a white man from an upper middle class family. I think most women who look like that are unappealing for a long term relationship but a few look nice. I like it more on foreign women, especially Latinas. On white women that usually makes them look trashy. I don't want to date a stripper or a Trump woman.

Meaning that she gets lash extensions, dyes or bleached her hair, wears pushup bras, works out, May wear colored contact lenses, and bleaches her smile and may have had plastic surgery? Does it matter or no? I ask because women in this forum especially be extra critical of all those things.
