You are right. We shouldn't intentionally keep the richest Kensington families in SFHs separate from the lower income ones in the apartments on University. Social engineering is what is currently happening.

No it's not. It's affordability. Zoning SFHs for multi-family? Watch the further tax base erode.
They can't change affordability, and the reason why it's unaffordable is because we don't have a lot of housing in the higher income areas. Hence the zoning to mfu.

Anyone know what they're going for with option 4? Looks like a lot of change, a lot of split articulation, demographic disparities the same or worse, and utilization isn't that great. What's the selling point there?
