He’s right though but I suppose parents who are used to their kids getting all the playing time and attention aren’t going to be happy about that.

Correct. You had teams who won Potomac top bracket but in fact were barely beating/draw with ECNL RL, NAL and EDP (NL) teams, i.e. 2011. 2012 lost to the only MLSNext team they played and beat up on NAL and EDP teams.

Potomac is not a strong tourney past the ulittles. It’s a solid tournament, for sure, but like many others it’s top tier is watered down with ECNL and MLSN barely participating. Its own ECNL teams don’t even participate some ages.

The Virginian is no different and why they had tons of SYC vs SYC finals past the ulittles.

Bethesda had a great showing. However, the scores I saw online looked different than conversations I had with friends about the games their kids played in. I also saw other clubs posting that they were Potomac tourney champions, and didn’t see them on the results list. Is this accurate?
