I have never seen students smoking outside Hardy. I see them in Safeway buying chips and being silly. I see them racing across Wisconsin when the pedestrian sign is already changing to red. I see them goofing around outside when the bell has already rung and they should be hurrying in. But smoking? No. I'm sure some of them vape or whatever; I just have never seen it by students near the school.
Anyway, the drugs conversation may be more productive if you drop Hardy from the line-up.
Why? There are definitely Hardy kids doing drugs, just like there are at any other MS and HS in the area.
