I would love to and actually make the team fun. But our TM wants to secure her son's playing time, so she volunteers year after year.

Hahahaaaaa my neighbor is on a team where the team manager is the club owner’s spouse and the stories they tell are hilarious. Made me value our awesome team manager! Cool calm collected, respectful and oh so organized. A gem.

Our team does not have one either. Nor should there be. I’ve seen enough snake oil from ECNL-side TM’s to last a life time.

Outsourcing free labor? Agree it shouldn't be necessary when spending $4k, club should provide scheduling and travel resources.

Ask the coach who a list of responsibilities for the TM?
Each club is different but for in general and from my experience you are not as involved.

We don’t have one. One PP is responsible for the video that goes to Taka. That’s it. Why are team managers even needed?
