As a PP mentioned, the specific colors that will look best with you will depend on your undertones, hair and eye color, etc.
I will say that Navy strappy tops/sundresses seem much more flattering against my bare skin than black. I also find that having a noticeable amount of jewelry helps to brighten things up. I stick to gold tone and I think earrings and a necklace help the most. Some ideas below.
