She seems more principled than any of the other conservatives on the court. Not a fan of her inclination to overturn Humphreys Executor, which is a more than 90 year old court precedent.
It was not 9-0 because ABC recused herself. I’m liking her more and more. I originally did not support her domination and neither did the ABA, but she is coming across as reasonable and not so partisan.

It was 4-4 because you have corrupt sociopaths such as Thomas and Alito. And then staunch Catholics like Kavanaugh and Gorsuch can’t think further than their religion, not imagining that yeah this was a catholic charter school, but what happens when the next charter request for state and federal funding is for the Wiccan religion.

At least it was blocked. Plus, a judge told the admin to get shaking in hiring back the DOE employees. That’s two wins for education on one day.
