I’ve worked office jobs and hospital jobs….people whine about how “hard they work” while sitting around eating and gossiping for HOURS. Workplace bullying is a problem because people have no work to do. There’s so many lazy ass people.
The hardest job I ever had was working at a pharmacy when I was 20 years old. I didn’t need the money, but wanted experience for my resume. I couldn’t even use the restroom it was so busy. And customers were abusive. And those poor people barely make 50k a year. It made me never want to become a pharmacist.
Meanwhile, you get paid to sit on your ass for 36 of the 40 hours a week at government jobs. Just attend a few meetings, send a couple emails, and spend the rest of the day sitting on your phone or socializing.
And that is how things are at MOST office jobs. Stop lying to yourselves

Hard to meet them when you never step out of your basement.
