Which makes it tough for the players because all MLSNext players are likely coming from teams where they were the starters and getting plenty of playing time.
That's my fear my u12 soon to be u13 might be on the bench for upcoming mlsn1 season !
That age group really should be about getting a minimum 1/2 the time. Usually clubs don't guarantee play after age 15.
