What do you mean by revolving line? A credit card? Unless you got a teaser rate and able to pay off the balance by the end of the teaser term it is a terrible idea

Does the line of credit have a lower interest rate than your mortgage? If not then it makes no sense.

I want to pay my mortgage faster, and am considering using a revolving line of credit. Is this a good idea?
