Who the hell would ever pick some Toll Brothers POS in some HOA in Burke over Del Ray? You people are literally clowns. Birke is where brown couches go to die.

Mount Vernon didn't even make the cut.

I don't think Annandale and Lorton belong in the same tier as Clifton.

I also think Springfield should be divided between Central Springfield, West Springfield, and North Springfield. It's a big area and West Springfield is much more like Burke.

Aside from the above two places, it's Great Falls #1, McLean #2, and after that, it's about how close you live to McLean. So next are Vienna and Falls Church, like a tie for #3. Then Oakton and close-in Fairfax. After that you're mostly splitting hairs.

Why not?

I think right below Oakton.

I could definitely see it being lower than Chantilly and possibly Burke. There are lots of town houses and apartments there, which makes it seem more accessible and less exclusive.

Generally correct though I would split up Reston into Reston Town Center area and the rest of Reston and have the latter in tier 1. Also I would break out Tysons as its own area and put it into Tier 1 as well. RTC below Oakton and Tysons below Falls Church.
